I have created a Presentation about the conventions I have noticed in the Teen genre and Romance genre's film openings. I plan to take inspiration from these for my final film opening. Currently, I want to make a film opening which echoes the incredible 'About Time' and 'Love Rosie' openings, so, in other words, I plan to use a voice over. However, as well as toying with the conventions of Romantic Comedies, I also want to incorporate Teen films, so I am thinking of creating an opening like a Romance but use Teen film characters and ideas. Although, I do not actually have a firm idea yet, so I am simply toying with both Romance and Teen films.
