Richard Curtis is an English screenwriter, producer and film director, who was born in New Zealand to Australian parents. One of Britain's most successful comedy screenwriters, he is known primarily for romantic comedy films like 'About Time', 'Notting Hill', and 'Love Actually' as well as the hit sitcoms 'Blackadder', 'Mr Bean' and 'The Vicar Of Dibley'.
The way he directs his romantic comedies allows him to affect his audiences emotions and we become attached to the characters. Often his films talk about life and how we should live every moment. The way he directs them means they are funny, sad and encaptivating.

Christian Ditter is a director and writer, known for 'Love, Rosie'.  In this film, his characters are so real and raw and the film does not run perfectly or smoothly, ending in a happy ever after. Instead, his characters are relatable and have lives as complicated and unpredictable as our own, which allows us to connect more with this film than other more fairy tale love stories

Robert Iscove is a Canadian film and television director. His most known film was 'She's All That'. The way he directed this film meant he created believable and relatable teenage high school students and a believable love story between them.
